All ten stages
What happens in stage 2

Inside the stage.

After disassembly, every critical component is inspected: planetary gears, shafts, bearings, valve bodies, solenoids and clutch assemblies. The question is never whether a part can be made to fit — it is whether it still meets tolerance.

Worn, deformed, fatigued or out-of-tolerance parts are fully scrapped. Hidden defects — micro cracks, scoring, warping and pressure deviation — are eliminated before reassembly rather than discovered after a failure in the field.

A reman unit's lifespan is set by what gets scrapped, not by what gets reused. Eliminating borderline parts at stage 2 is what keeps the failure chain from restarting inside your rebuild.

Acceptance criteria

What this stage verifies.

Applied to every unit on the line — the same standard shown in our on-site videos and verified by the 2026 Intertek on-site assessment (report 481351002_P+T).

Planetary gears: wear, tooth condition, tolerance Shafts and bearings: scoring, fatigue, run-out Valve bodies: circuit condition and pressure deviation Solenoids: electrical and hydraulic function Clutch assemblies: plate and drum condition Micro cracks, warping and deformation rejected
Stage 2 FAQ

Questions buyers ask about this stage.

Which parts are always scrapped rather than reused?

Any component found worn, deformed, fatigued or out-of-tolerance is scrapped — including parts with micro cracks, scoring, warping or pressure deviation.

How are hidden defects like micro cracks found?

Components are individually inspected at stage 2; hidden defects such as micro cracks and scoring are screened out before any part is approved for reassembly.

What guarantee covers a unit rebuilt through this process?

Every remanufactured unit carries a 12-month quality guarantee. Ordering terms are verified in the 2026 Intertek on-site assessment: MOQ from 1 piece, lead time from 1 day for in-stock codes, and written fitment confirmation before dispatch.
