Meishun has specialised in automatic transmission remanufacturing and supply for 20 years. At our dedicated Huadu facility, units arrive as cores or new castings and leave as tested, crated, code-verified products. In between: teardown, ultrasonic cleaning, press fitting, rebuild and 20 pieces of test equipment.

Every remanufactured transmission at our Guangzhou Huadu factory follows a strict, fully standardized procedure — complete component overhaul, professional cleaning, targeted upgrade, precision reassembly and 100% dyno testing — so each unit meets or exceeds OEM quality standards.
All incoming cores are inspected for housing cracks, structural damage and internal failure before production begins. Qualified units are fully disassembled piece by piece, and every component is sorted, recorded and cataloged for traceability.
Planetary gears, shafts, bearings, valve bodies, solenoids and clutch assemblies are all inspected. Worn, deformed, fatigued or out-of-tolerance parts are scrapped — micro cracks, scoring, warping and pressure deviation are eliminated before reassembly.
Reusable metal parts, housings and hydraulic components go through multi-cycle ultrasonic cleaning with specialised solvents, removing carbon buildup, old sludge and metal debris. Every cleaned part then passes a second visual and structural inspection.
Clutch packs, friction and steel plates, seals, gaskets, filters, thrust washers and rubber parts are replaced with OEM-spec components. Model-specific factory weak points are actively upgraded to resolve original design defects.
Bearings, bushings and shaft components are installed on 20-ton hydraulic press equipment to strict OEM pressure and depth standards. Worn valve bores are restored by professional re-sleeving instead of simple polishing.
Solenoids, sensors and valve bodies are electronically and hydraulically bench-tested for oil circuit flow, pressure stability, switching response and leakage. All CVT units get dedicated pulley cylinder pressure testing to rule out internal micro-leakage.
Housings are sandblasted to strip old sealant, rust and surface debris. All sealing surfaces are refinished and precisely prepped to guarantee perfect fitment and zero oil leakage after reassembly.
Reassembly follows OEM technical specifications with standard torque values and professional lubrication. Every component is installed in standardized sequence for mechanical balance, accurate hydraulic control and stable shifting.
Every finished transmission — not a sample — runs full-load dyno testing before shipment: line pressure, clutch engagement, torque delivery, shift quality, operating temperature, hydraulic stability, noise and tightness. All test data is archived for each individual unit.
Each unit is double-checked for model code matching, appearance quality and sealing performance. Qualified units are packed in fumigated export wooden crates with shockproof and moisture-proof treatment, and shipment photos are provided for confirmation.
Workshop, testing lab, showroom, warehouse and office are integrated in one campus. All videos and photos are 100% real on-site footage — global clients are welcome for on-site factory tours or online video-conference inspections.

The TRANSMESUN gearbox transmission product line is CE-marked under EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conformity attestation (Annex VIII) was issued by notified body UDEM — certificate M.2026.206.C13287, first assessed 2025-12-31, registered 2026-01-05, valid to 2031-01-04, referencing EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018.
