Before anything is assembled into a unit, it proves itself alone. Solenoids, sensors and valve body assemblies are electronically and hydraulically bench-tested for oil circuit flow, pressure stability, switching response and leakage performance.
For all CVT units, we perform dedicated pulley cylinder pressure testing to eliminate internal micro-leakage, pressure loss and sealing failure — the faults that show up in the vehicle as slipping and delayed shifting.
A solenoid that passes on the car 'seems fine' until it overheats. Bench testing verifies each component against spec in isolation, so assembly starts only from parts that already perform.
